About
TAMAM is a traditional taverna-restaurant in the centre of Alexandroupoli, on a small, picturesque square near the port and the Lighthouse. Its kitchen follows the Greek and Mediterranean culinary tradition, with dishes including stews and oven-baked food, charcoal-grilled meats, seafood, salads and handmade appetizers.
Special mention goes to flavours linked to Samothrace and Thrace, with dishes on the menu including Samothrace kid goat, tzigerosarmas, Smyrna-style soutzoukakia, spetzofai and various grilled dishes.
The outdoor seating area is set around the square, among flowerbeds and trees, creating a quieter and more traditional setting right in the city centre. TAMAM is about a two-minute walk from the port and the Lighthouse.
