Zopyron

Zopyron is more than a shop - it is a complete healthy lifestyle brand. Founded in 2019 by two brothers, Nikos and Pantelis, it combines a popular Breakfast & Brunch Restaurant with their own nutrition consulting practice (Zopyron Nutrition) and their own line of agri-food products.

• Many ingredients (fruit, vegetables) are grown by them on their own farms outside the city.
• Brunch dishes such as Silky Eggs (poached eggs with strained yogurt and spiced oil on Zea wheat bread), avocado strapatsada and shakshuka.
• Oat bowls, yogurt bowls, super salads, omelettes and multigrain tortillas.
• Juice bar with handmade cold-pressed juices, smoothies, protein shakes and organic Lavazza Tierra Cuba coffee.

• Delivery via their own online delivery service and well-known platforms.
