Purple Sea Urchin

About

Avoid stepping on or touching rocks without looking first; if you get pricked, don't try to dig out deep spines yourself - ask a lifeguard or pharmacy for help.

A round creature covered in sharp spines that wedges itself into rock crevices and shallow water, especially near rocky shores. It does not attack, but its spines break off easily under the skin if stepped on or touched by accident, causing a painful irritation.
